ZX555 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to ZX555. By accessing or using any part of this platform — including the website at zx555.onl, the ZX555 mobile app, and all associated gaming services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ZX555, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from ZX555 under any account.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ZX555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where the holder cannot confirm they are 18 or older will be suspended immediately, and any balance may be held pending investigation. 3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one ZX555 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact information and any other details requested during registration or subsequent identity verification.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• ZX555 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any unsolicited communication.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact ZX555 support immediately.
• ZX555 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Accounts must not be shared with or transferred to another person under any circumstances.

ZX555 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, misuse of promotions, or any violation of these terms. In such cases, ZX555 will communicate the reason for account action where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

4 Deposits

All deposits on ZX555 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• ZX555 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Deposits processed via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect in your ZX555 balance immediately under normal circumstances.
• Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on the processing bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

ZX555 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your JazzCash or Easypaisa account or bank before initiating a transfer if this is a concern.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available ZX555 balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or where ZX555 deems it necessary for fraud prevention.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in the order received, subject to verification status.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• ZX555 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Withdrawal section.

Providing false or inconsistent documentation during identity verification will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to permanent account closure with balance forfeiture. ZX555 acts under its fraud prevention obligations when making these assessments.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ZX555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all ZX555 promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus.
• Multiple bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ZX555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred or used by another player.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploiting technical errors — will have bonuses voided and may be permanently excluded.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The ZX555 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports as listed in the betting section. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ZX555:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ZX555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, ZX555 will apply the standard void/settlement rules applicable to that sport and market.
• Live in-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to market suspension during critical game moments. ZX555 is not responsible for connection delays that affect live bet placement.
• Palpable errors in odds (clearly incorrect prices) will be voided and settled at the correct market price at ZX555's discretion.
• Accumulator bets where one or more selections are voided will be settled on the remaining selections at updated combined odds.
• Any evidence of match fixing knowledge, inside information or collusion in placing bets will result in immediate account closure and withholding of winnings pending investigation.

For PSL and other cricket events, ZX555 follows standard cricket betting settlement conventions including dead-heat rules, weather-affected result settlements, and DLS method outcomes where applicable.

8 Casino and Game Rules

ZX555 Casino includes live dealer games, slot titles, RNG table games and bingo. The following rules apply across all casino activity:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or physical dealing under live camera supervision.
• Bet results are final once a game round is completed and settled. Appeals cannot be accepted on the basis of personal expectation or preference.
• Technical malfunctions or errors that produce clearly aberrant results will be investigated. ZX555 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes in verified error cases.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently verified and represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of rounds — not guaranteed results for any individual session.
• Live casino tables may apply maximum bet limits that differ from standard RNG game limits.
• ZX555 may temporarily suspend or remove any casino game for maintenance, technical reasons or at the request of a software provider.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZX555 and will result in immediate account action including permanent ban and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple ZX555 accounts.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain.
• Depositing funds via fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, collusion or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at ZX555 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Sharing or selling access to your ZX555 account.

10 Privacy and Data

ZX555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on ZX555, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Data collected during registration and use of the platform — including identity documents provided for KYC verification — is stored securely and used solely for account management, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. 11 Responsible Gaming

ZX555 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Gaming should remain an entertainment activity — not a source of financial pressure or personal distress. The following tools are available to all ZX555 account holders at no cost from your account settings:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings from gaming sessions.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure issues.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the ZX555 platform.

ZX555's liability for any verified platform error is limited to the refund of the stake placed during the affected round. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices, browsers and internet connections are secure and fit for purpose when using the platform.
